1 Introduction

2 Definitions

"Account" or "Player Account"
The personal account registered by a User on the super33 Platform, through which the User accesses gaming and betting services, manages funds, and interacts with promotional offers.
"Balance" or "Wallet Balance"
The total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings, net of withdrawals, losses, and applicable fees.
"Bonus" or "Promotional Credit"
Any non-cash credit, free bet, cashback award, or other promotional incentive granted by super33 to a Player's Account, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
"KYC" (Know Your Customer)
The identity verification process required by super33 prior to a Player's first withdrawal, which may include submission of a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and a selfie photograph.
"Platform" or "Site"

"Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover Requirement"
The minimum aggregate betting turnover a Player must complete using bonus funds before those funds, and any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x).
"MYR" or "RM"
Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of all Player Accounts on super33.
"Prohibited Activity"
Any conduct defined in Section 5 of these Terms as prohibited, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, exploitation of technical errors, and money laundering.
3 Account Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on super33, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age. Super33 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. This is a non-negotiable condition of access. If at any time we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account holder is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be closed and any remaining balance returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each Player may hold only one active Account on super33. Maintaining multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any bonuses or promotional credits held therein.
3.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use of super33 is lawful in your place of residence. Super33 reserves the right to close accounts and decline registrations from restricted jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
3.4 Personal Use Only
All accounts must be used solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. Registration or use of an account for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party, or as part of a gambling business operation is prohibited.
4 Account Registration & KYC Verification
To register an account on super33, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
4.1 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point (including during KYC verification) is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Super33 reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable.
4.2 KYC Verification Process
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, super33 requires successful completion of its KYC identity verification process. This may include:
- Submission of a clear copy or photograph of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
- A selfie photograph holding the identification document; and
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet account or bank statement) where required.
KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes to 4 hours during normal business hours (Malaysia Time, UTC+8).
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account login details with any third party. Super33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5 Terms of Use & Prohibited Activities
By using the super33 Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
5.1 Fraudulent Conduct
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
- Submitting false or falsified KYC documents;
- Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction;
- Opening accounts using another person's identity or with fictitious details.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
- Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
- Using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent;
- Coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements artificially (collusion);
- Claiming bonuses using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location.
5.3 Technical Exploitation
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies in knowingly incorrect odds;
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or security systems.
5.4 Money Laundering
Super33 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must not use the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity ("chip dumping"). We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
6 Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
Super33 accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian players:
- e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
- Online Banking (FPX): Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other FPX-participating institutions
- Direct Bank Transfer (DuitNow): Applicable to participating Malaysian banks
- Credit / Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT)
Minimum deposit: RM30 (subject to variation by payment method). Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
6.2 Withdrawal Conditions
To submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must all be satisfied:
- KYC identity verification must be completed and approved;
- All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied;
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit;
- Your account must be in good standing with no pending disputes, fraud flags, or security holds;
- The withdrawal method must match your primary deposit method (same-origin requirement for first withdrawal).

6.3 Currency
All Player Accounts on super33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted unless explicitly stated for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted to MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction.
7 Bonus & Promotions Terms
Super33 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
7.1 Welcome Bonus Options
Super33 currently offers four welcome bonus tracks for new players making their first qualifying deposit:
- 288% Magnificent Bonus — up to MYR 2,880; wagering requirement 35x; minimum deposit RM50;
- 100% Standard Bonus — up to MYR 300; wagering requirement 10x; minimum deposit RM30;
- 188% Esports Bonus — up to MYR 888; wagering requirement 18x; minimum deposit RM50;
- 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus — up to MYR 688; wagering requirement 12x; minimum deposit RM50 equivalent in cryptocurrency.
Each new player is entitled to claim one (1) welcome bonus track only. Selecting a bonus at the time of first deposit is irrevocable for that deposit transaction.
7.2 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met;
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion (typically 30 days from bonus issuance, unless otherwise stated);
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in individual promotion details;
- Super33 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings if fraudulent or abusive behaviour in relation to a bonus is detected;
- Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred;

8 Betting & Gaming Rules
8.1 Bet Placement
All bets placed on super33 are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any bet — including the market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. Super33 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player.
8.2 Odds and Pricing
Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Super33 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw markets at any time. Where odds are found to have been published in error (manifestly incorrect odds), super33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet was placed and confirmed prior to the error being identified.
8.3 RNG Fairness
All slot, table game, and instant game outcomes on super33 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results, player history, or any commercial consideration. RNG systems are subject to periodic third-party audit.
8.4 Disputes
Any dispute regarding a game result, bet settlement, or transaction must be raised with super33's customer support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. Super33's decision on all disputes, made in good faith after review of available system logs, shall be final.
9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property
All content published on the super33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, user interface designs, and compiled information — is the intellectual property of super33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You must not:
- copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent;
- decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
- create derivative works based on any Platform content;
- use the super33 name, logo, or brand assets in any context not expressly authorised by us.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, super33 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform;
- any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
- any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
- the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, scores, or event results displayed on the Platform;
- any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit super33's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by super33's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12 Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 Suspension by super33
Super33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider;
- Account determined to belong to an individual under 21 years of age;
- Account subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your primary payment method following standard verification procedures, within 5–10 business days.
13 Amendments to These Terms
Super33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will become effective upon publication on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which super33 is incorporated and licensed.
Super33 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from territories where such access is illegal is at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, or to the courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable.
